The following members were recognized recently during a virtual awards ceremony presented during NAHB’s IBSx.
Red Tree Builders won a Platinum Award for Town Walk— Alderney in the category: SINGLE-FAMILY PRODUCTION/ SPEC –DETACHED HOME 2,001 –2,500 SQ. FT., BUILT FOR SALE. Member of the Asheville HBA.
BlueStone Construction won a Gold Award for Solomon Circle in the category: SINGLE-FAMILY CUSTOM ONE-OF-A-KIND CUSTOM HOME 2,001 –3,000 SQ. FT. Member of the Asheville HBA.
Saussy Burbank won a Platinum Award for Laurelwood Towns SouthPark in the category: SINGLE-FAMILY PRODUCTION/ SPEC –ATTACHED HOMES/TOWNHOMES, BUILT FOR SALE. Member of the HBA of Greater Charlotte. Lutgert Construction won a Silver Award for The Brooks in the category: MULTIFAMILY DEVELOPMENT UP TO 3 STORIES, BUILT FOR SALE. Member of the High Country Home Builders Association.
Alma Jacobs of Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group
Alma Jacobs, a member of the Lake Norman HBA and the HBA of Greater Charlotte, was recently honored with the Associates Chair Award during NAHB’s Winter Leadership Meeting.
She was also inducted into the Society of Honored Associates. The prestigious honor is given to Associate members who have been chosen as finalists for the Associate of the Year Award.
Jacobs serves as the chairperson for NCHBA’s Associate Members committee and is an inductee of the North Carolina Housing Hall of Fame.
