Two Students Graduate NCBI, Earn Designation
Kellie Ashley Kellie Ashley Homes -Garner, NC Accredited Builder After spending 30 years in the banking industry, Kellie Ashley was ready for hands-on work. As owner of Kellie Ashely Homes, she works side-by-side with subcontractors and others on the job site. She is a graduate of East Carolina University with a degree in Housing & Management and of Campbell University, where she earned a master’s in Trust & Investment Management. She is a member of the Johnston County BIA. Why NCBI? “I have benefitted from the diverse course offerings available and courses that fit my business model. Cassandra Snyder Marley Homes Construction –Gastonia, NC Accredited Builder Cassandra Snyder quickly became hooked on the home building industry after getting involved in real estate in 2010. She first worked as an assistant to a Realtor and later became one herself. In 2015, Marley Homes Construction was formed and she currently oversees its day-to-day operations. She is a member of the Gaston County chapter of the HBA of Greater Charlotte. Why NCBI? “My NCBI classes have not only given me knowledge but also the opportunity to meet others in the industry. It has been invaluable to share experiences and exchange ideas with my peers.”
