Blair Meads owns and operates Reliant Construction, LLC. Meads is a graduate of North Carolina State University with

a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. He obtained his general contractor’s license in 2006 and started Reliant Construction that same year. Meads is an active member of the Outer Banks Home Builders Association.

“NCBI has helped me fine-tune the financial side of the business as well as increase efficiency out in the field,” Meads says.
