The 2017 International Builders Show will be remembered for the many honors that NCHBA members brought home from the three-day event, which was held in Orlando, Florida in January. Approximately 80,000 people attended the show. And the exhibits covered more than 569,000 square feet of space, with more than 1,500 manufacturers and suppliers.
NCHBA again welcomed our members to an exclusive reception, which was held this year at the Hyatt Regency Hotel. Many NCHBA members were recognized during the various awards programs held during IBS. Among the winners, NCHBA past president Sean Sullivan brought home an array of awards, including Certified Green Professional of the Year & Young Professional of the Year (Region B).Moreover, his company, Living Stone Construction, received a Best in American Living (BALA) award for “The Watkins Residence” and a
Best In Green (BIG) award for “The Rhodo Reno” as well as best green renovation picked for Top Design Trend (featured in the Design Trend Calendar) for “Modern Farmhouse” for the Watkins residence. Congratulations Sean!
